Hi, I'm Mandy! I am an AFAA certified personal trainer, a certified TRX trainer & IndoRow instructor. I teach several group fitness classes a week at Revolution Buffalo located in downtown Buffalo, NY. Personal training is available at the Revolution studio, utilizing a variety of functional training equipment including: TRX suspension straps, weights, resistance bands, indoor water rowers, and more!
As a personal trainer, my specialties include overall functional fitness, training for those new to the fitness world, and individuals looking to build up core strength to prevent injury and maintain optimal spinal stability. Through regular TRX training and a focus on functional fitness, I found the strength to recover from my own chronic back pain. As a result, I was inspired to do the same for others- not only for clients to have an awesome workout, but to bring out the strength within themselves that they may not believe they have. I am passionate about helping you discover your strengths and guiding you in your journey to achieve the life and body you desire!

I suffered from extreme chronic back pain for years. I had lower back surgery at the young age of 19, and it took years of recovery to get to where I am now. I am happily married, have an awesome stepson and a crazy rescue pup named Luna.
I love traveling, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Over the past few years, my husband and I have explored all around Costa Rica. My favorite place, by far, has been Bahía Drake located on the Pacific coast of the Osa Peninsula. It is my happy place.
